چکیده
Abstract Botryodiplodia theobromae is one of the causal agents diplodia stem-end rot in pummelo citrus. Currently reported, indigenous microbes which are associated with plants can improve plant health by controlling diseases and promoting growth. This study aims to determine potential fungi citrus inhibiting B. vitro. Identification fungus associates determined observing cultural morphological microscopic characteristics. The antagonist test was performed using dual culture method. collected data analyzed a completely randomized design 13 treatments 3 replications. results showed that there were isolates identified as Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Mucor Fusarium genera. There 7 have inhibit from genera Trichoderma Aspergillus . mechanisms occurred this competition parasitism.

1. In the presence of a high concentration ofp-nitrophenyl JJ-D-glucopyranoside (donor) the rates of production of p-nitrophenol and a transglucosylation product (1-glyceryl f,-D-glucopyranoside) increased, whereas the rate of production of glucose decreased with increasing concentration of glycerol in reactions catalysed by the.high-molecular-weight ,-glucosidase (fi-D-glucoside glucohydrolase...
متن کاملIN VITRO EVALUATION OF FUNGICIDES AGAINST FUNGUS Botryodiplodia theobromae, THE CAUSE OF MANGO DECLINE IN THE PUNJAB
Mango decline has assumed an alarming position due to increasing losses day by day in the orchards of Pakistan. The problem is intensified due to dearth of reliable information and suitable control strategies. The present studies were planned to find out effective fungicides for field application. Five fungicides viz. Topsin-M 70 WP, Crest 50 WP, Pre-cure combi 65 WP, Copxykil 50 WP (copper oxy...
متن کاملIn vitro translation of polyadenylate-containing RNAs from dormant and germinating spores of the fungus Botryodiplodia theobromae.
Polyadenylated RNA isolated by oligodeoxythymidylate-cellulose chromatography from spores of the fungus Botryodiplodia theobromae was translated in a cell-free protein-synthesizing system derived from wheat embryo. Reaction conditions which would yield efficient and accurate in vitro translation of the spore RNA were established. Dual isotopically labeled mixtures of in vitro translation produc...

Ficus religiosa L is one of the important medicinal plant widely used in pharmaceutical research. It is widely distributed in India and a religiously important host. In the present study, antibacterial activity of endophytic fungi isolated from Ficus religiosa was carried out. Organic extract of five dominant endophytic fungi viz Botryodiplodia theobromae, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Phomop...
متن کاملIN VITRO ANTAGONISTIC EFFECTS OF TRICHODERMA SPP. ON SEVERAL SOILBORNE PLANT PATHOGENIC FUNGI
In vitro studies with Trichoderma spp., soil-borne fungal antagonists, demonstrated that a number of isolates produced volatile and non-volatile metabolites capable of inhibiting the growth and sporulation of several soil-borne plant pathogenic fungi. Microscopic observations showed that T. harzianm and T. viride, isolated from soil samples from Ahwaz and Karaj, adversely affected the myce...
